“When you change the way you view birth, the way you birth will change”
- Marie Mongan
who is a doula?
-
A doula is...
Someone who is dedicated to providing emotional, physical, and informational support to the birthing individual and their family during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period.
Their primary focus is to offer non-judgmental support, guidance, and comfort to the birthing individual and their partners. -
My goal is...
To support the birthing individual to feel confident, informed, and empowered as they navigate the journey of childbirth during any and all stages they may want comfort in.
While working together I aim to offer you the knowledge and the guidance to birth in a way that feels safe and comfortable regardless where that birth may be.
the presence of a doula can enhance the birthing experience!
